My Style
I am a patient teacher who listens to your concerns. Then I offer advice in a way that is easy to understand and remember. All in plain English…not techno-babble.

My emphasis is on helping people learn how to do things that are important to them at the moment.

I have been helping people understand and use computers since the first days of personal computers. My clients say that my style is warm, personable and very supportive
